Cracked offers auto-renewable subscription services ("Premium Subscription") that provide access to premium features, questions, explanations, and performance insights.

6.1 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

6.2 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Apple ID Account Settings
Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed

6.3 Subscription Terms

Monthly subscriptions renew every month
Yearly subscriptions renew every year
Prices may vary by location and are subject to change with notice
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's Terms of Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cracked be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
